Microphone returned in fine shape; the return took longer than it needed to because he used an Uber to return the gear and the driver got lost. If I rented to Ian again I'd prefer he do the pickups and returns in-person or use a courier service who can park a car and ring a doorbell instead of driving around the block and honk. It isn't my responsibility to try to find a car in the car for 20 minutes.
